“快速启动”员工培训

“快速启动”是全美知名的劳动力培训项目。该项目帮助企业在合适时间评估、选择、培训合适的人员。在乔治亚州开办或扩大制造、分销、总部和顾客服务业务的企业可免费享受如下服务：劳动力战略咨询；招聘前的评估；定制化在职培训；领导力和生产力提升培训等。

“建设乔治亚”

再培训税收抵免

企业直接用于培训的投资可以抵免应纳税额。该政策适用于所有的乔治亚所得税纳税人。在企业用于再培训全职员工费用50%的额度内，可按照员工数每人每年抵免500美元税收。每个至少完成了一个再培训项目的员工，每年的总抵免额不得超过1250美元。培训项目须经乔治亚技术学院系统批准，并须以提升质量和生产率和特定软体技术为目的。企业用该项目最高可抵免企业州所得税的50%，并可在10年内结转使用，还可与其他税收优惠同时使用。

“帮助优秀学生”奖学金计画

该计画可为在乔治亚州高等院校和公立职业院校就学的学生提供金融支持，并为乔治亚州居民在州内技术院校学习资助学费，而不论其高中成绩如何、何时毕业。
